DRUGS AND ALCOHOL ON CAMPUS OR AS PART OF ANY COLLEGE ACTIVITY
学生及员工行为准则:
In compliance with the 药物-Free Schools and Communities Act Amendment of 1989 (Public Law 101-226), 学生, 工作人员, or faculty shall not engage in the unauthorized or unlawful manufacture, 分布, 豁免, 占有, 使用/ab使用 of alcohol and/or illicit drugs on college property or as part of any college activity.

These penalties range in severity from a fine of $100 up to $8,000,000 and/or life imprisonment. The exact penalty assessed depends upon the nature and the severity of the individual offense. The College will provide education and awareness programs that will address the affects and dangers of alcohol ab使用. 这些课程将在PCC的每个校区提供 annually and will vary during the academic year.

全球十大外围足球平台 has conducted student surveys regarding their concerns about drug and alcohol 使用 and ab使用, and asking 学生 what the College can do to address their concerns. The small sample of 学生 who responded did not identify any specific concern about either alcohol or drugs that the College would need to address. As a result, the College determined to offer general programs on alcohol and drug ab使用 awareness.
